A.M. Khan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Web Equity Holdings. In this role, he is responsible for providing executive management of the company and strategic direction to its projects. Mr. Khan is an Internet Marketing and Information Technology executive with more than six years of progressively responsible experience in the development and management of online businesses. As a Google Adwords certified professional, he oversaw Internet business development strategies and implmentation with many well know private equity firms (such as BOSSdev, Incubation Group & Privatas Equity) with online campaigns that increased revenues significantly for several business units.

Over his career, Mr. Khan has led numerous teams of Web development specialists and marketing personnel in implementing business strategies that saved firms thousands of dollars while managing affiliate programs, PPC campaigns, Product launches, Co-registration, email marketing & Product Branding.

He is well-versed in a number of programming languages, and has extensive managerial experience in sales, online marketing, and information technology services for many private equity firms & nationally-known companies such as Thomas Industrial Network(ThomasNet.com), JMR Trading and Financial Times (FT.com).

Carl J. Varchetti joined the Web Equity team with a successful background in network management and in channeling / converting offline sales into more profitable online sales.

Mr. Varchetti has an in-depth understanding of the power and potential of Internet marketing with his forte being in the health and wellness industry. His attention to detail and ability to quickly build rapport with others places him at the forefront of analyzing new market trends and gleaning valuable input from both offline and online market data.
